So today was a new position for me.I get to work with middle school age kids to do activities and assist with homework. I love out do far the kids are interesting but I am looking for ideas on how to get these kids to feel comfortable with me... Any ideas I don't want to push and I know it will happen eventually.... Just wondering what you think.
